Born and raised in this community, Shawn understands the value of a well-built home and the importance of honest, transparent service. With over a decade of experience in remodeling, he leads our team with integrity, hard work, and a dedication to excellence.

Outside of work, Shawn is a devoted husband and father, committed to both his family and his faith. His leadership ensures that every project is handled with care, precision, and a personal touch.

PAYTON ALVAREZ

Production Manager

Payton Alvarez is the Production Manager at Proper Remodeling, overseeing all aspects of project execution from start to finish. With a sharp eye for detail and years of hands-on experience, he manages scheduling, job completion, and material ordering while leading and coordinating the entire team. His leadership ensures that every project runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
